LXacademy is the first virtual aviation academy on Infinite Flight.
It is open to every pilot, at every grade.
If you're Grade 1 or 2, this is your home until you're ready for the Expert Server and we'll make sure that when you get there, you truly are. Through aviation knowledge assessments, structured training, ATC communication practice, and weekly group flights, we give every cadet the foundation they need to fly with confidence and professionalism.
If you're already at Grade 3 or above, our recruitment process is your direct pathway into LXVA, designed to get you flying with us as quickly as possible.
We don't just train pilots. We build crew.
Chart-based Training
Flying in and out of Zurich and Geneva is at the heart of our operations — and our Hub Procedure Training ensures you do it like the pros. Using Navigraph charts and real-world Swiss procedures, we guide pilots through everything from taxi routes to complex SID/STAR departures and approaches. The result: confidence in handling two of Europe’s busiest airports with the same precision as a real SWISS crew.

Grade 3 pilots and above skip straight to our standard LXVA recruitment process — no waiting, no extra steps.
Whether you're joining for Career Mode or Standard Mode operations, the path is straightforward.
Simply complete your application form, and follow the steps.
Our team will take it from there.
And once you're through? You're welcome to stay part of the LXacademy community mentoring cadets, joining our weekly group flights as a senior pilot, and being part of the journey for the next generation of LXVA crew.

The Cadet Program
From the moment you open your induction ticket, your journey is personalised to you. Our dedicated Academy instructors will review your aviation knowledge assessment and build a training plan around your current knowledge.

A short multiple choice assessment that helps us understand where to focus your training.

Tailored materials covering flight fundamentals.

Live practice sessions on the Training Server.
- Weekly Group Flights
Organised flights that simulate the real LXVA experience.
- Graduation
When your instructors sign you off and you've reached Grade 3, you're cleared to begin your LXVA journey.
