Our short-haul fleet is designed to combine efficiency, comfort, and versatility across Europe and beyond. With the modern Airbus A220 leading the way in fuel efficiency, the larger Airbus A321 offering added capacity on busier routes, and the Embraer E190 delivering flexibility to regional destinations, our fleet ensures every journey is operated with the right balance of performance and passenger experience.
Airbus A321-200
The A321-211 is used on short and medium distances with high passenger volumes. The aircraft has 219 seats and a cargo capacity of 4.3 tonnes. With a length of 44.5 metres, the Airbus A321-211 is the 'big brother' of the A320 family; it is about one-third longer than the Airbus A319. SUISSE uses this aircraft type within Europe and between Switzerland, Africa and the Near East.



Airbus A220-300

This new aircraft type applies the latest advances in engine, systems and materials technology to set new standards in terms of profitability and environmental compatibility. Fuel consumption compared to similar aircraft is reduced by as much as one quarter.

Airbus A320-200 / Airbus A320neo
We use Airbus A320 and Airbus A320neo aircraft on flights with a range of up to 3,600 kilometres. They have 168 to 180 passenger seats and a maximum freight capacity of three tonnes. The Airbus A320 types, travel for Edelweiss within Europe and between Switzerland, Africa and the Near East.


Thanks to innovation in cabin design, passengers can look forward to a significant increase in travel comfort. Further, in terms of human auditory sensitivity the new aircraft generates only half the noise level of its predecessor.
